The New York Knicks signed Brett Favre today in an effort to help the beleaguered organization recover from the Isiah Thomas era. Favre, who retired in an emotional March press conference and has been exploring a comeback in recent weeks, was reportedly horrified to be heading to New York. "It's not even the basketball thing," Favre said, sobbing. "But the Knicks? I'd rather switch places with Michael Vick!"
"It's a perfect fit," NBA Commissioner David Stern said. "He doesn't care about loyalty and the Knicks don't care about winning."
When told that Favre doesn't play basketball, Knicks owner James Dolan appeared confused, then responded, "That's okay. We pretty much don't either."
LOL!!!!!! Did you write this yourself?

Nope, Hemingway and Steinbeck helped out a bit on this one.
Thanks, B!
